1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 will be applied.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $15.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items in your cart.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (depending on your location).
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (depending on your location).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather, location, or third-party carriers.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- We cannot ship to international locations.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@bluntbudgeting.com as soon as possible. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
